Skidpaket - Lat63

Book your ski experience

Do you want to be a better skier or are you training to win the Vasaloppet race? Then we have the perfect set up just for you. We partner with Mats Larsson. Mats is a World Championships and Olympic Games medal holder, and in his coaching career he has trained the Swedish national squad. Thanks to roller skis and our partnership with the ski tunnel in Gällö, Mid Sweden 365, the ski season goes on all year.

Skiing is very close to my heart and it’s a big part of my life.

I was in the Swedish national squad for 11 years and my career highlights include an Olympic bronze medal in the relay, a World Championship silver in the sprint and several Swedish Championship golds.

At the end of my career as an elite skier, I chose to pursue a new path within the sport and spent three years as a trainer for the national squad’s men’s A-team.

I have gained so much different experience through skiing. Things like how to set goals and work to achieve them, and how you get a group of individualists to work together towards a common goal, and so on.

Technique & Film
I have worked a lot with technique, both during my career as an elite skier and as a trainer. Moving optimally to be able to achieve the best strength development while using as little energy as possible is something I’ve always aimed for in technique training. If you get this right, you also reduce your risk of injury.

In training sessions and training camps, we work together on different methods to improve skiing technique, such as using film and individual coaching. Getting immediate feedback on what your technique looks like and instructions on what you should do practically to improve it is important. You can then make the adjustments needed directly there and then.

Gym
If you want to take things to another level, then we can also work together in the gym. Why do this? Well, in a gym we can practice all the movements that we want to strengthen in a controlled manner and calm tempo so that we learn how to control the body and really feel what we are doing. Then we take that with us out into the ski tracks.

I look forward to meeting you and working together to make your skiing more fun, gentler on your body and more powerful.
